.jpg) Las organizaciones de productores Biodiversos participaron en la “Feria de Intercambio en Gestión de la Biodiversidad y Concurso de Experiencias” organizado por el Viceministerio de Biodiversidad, dependiente del Ministerio de Desarrollo Rural Agropecuario y Medio Ambiente, conjuntamente con el Programa Biocultura, como clausura de gestión (2008) en la ciudad de La Paz. Al evento asistieron 76 experiencias desarrolladas a nivel nacional, de las cuales sólo 15 fueron seleccionadas.

BIODIVERSOS WINNERS
The Biodiversos Producers Organizations participated in the “Exchange of Biodiversity Management and Competition Experience Fair” organized by the Vice-Ministry of Biodiversity, who depends of the Rural Agriculture Development and Environment Ministry, in conjunction with the Bicultural program as closing management (2008) in the city of La Paz. To the event assisted 76 developed experiences at national level and only 15 were selected.

Confectioner mothers
.jpg) In the community of Linku (Independecia Municipality), was developed the “Elaboration of processed based on corn” Workshop on January 15th. Previously, it was the made the first capacitating in the pilot plant of Agroempresas (PROINPA Foundation).
The event was developed with the participation of 22 mothers that belongs to the Farmer Women Organization in the Linku’s community.

TALLER AGROFORESTERÍA COMUNITARÍA
(Experiencias prácticas para conservar la agrobiodiversidad)
El día domingo 14 de diciembre, en el salón principal la Honorable Alcaldía Municipal de Independencia, La Fundación PROINPA en coordinación con las instituciones (Inter Cooperación, BASFOR) que trabajan dentro el marco del Programa BIOCULTURA, realizó el Taller de Agroforestería Comunitaría. El evento contó con la participación de la Ing. Jeannette Maldonado, docente de la ETSFOR – UMSS, quien en su calidad de expositora invitada, abordó la temática agroforestal con agricultores de Link’u, Choro, Machaca, Condorillo, Condepampa, Huancarani y Pajchanti.

PIC has born following the Strategy Orientation Mission that was carried out by the year 2005, becoming one of the mayor actions of the PROINPA mission to improve the impact of research.

COURSE OF INTEGRATED COMMAND OF AMARANTH CROP
The communities of the Cuevas Cañadas in the Azurduy municipality and Mojotorillo in the Padilla municipality (both in Chuquisaca) realized the first module of the COURSE OF INTEGRATED command OF AMARANTH CROP, addressed to farmers directly or indirectly involved with the project and executed by PROINPA Bioversity International of Neglected and Underutilized Species (NUS - IFAD) on Nov. 23 and Dec. 7.
