      Accompanying persons will not be allowed to access the Conference Halls.<\/b><\/p>\n

      Cancellation refunds policy<\/b><\/p>\n

      Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person.<\/span>
      \n<\/span>Please notify the Conference Secretariat of any changes.<\/span><\/p>\n

      If your are not able to arrange a replacement, the Organizing Committee will refund 80% of the payed amounts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      If, for any reason beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.<\/span><\/p>\n
