{"id":56,"date":"2018-01-31T13:50:11","date_gmt":"2018-01-31T13:50:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.proinpa.org\/ILC_2019\/?page_id=56"},"modified":"2018-11-29T11:55:41","modified_gmt":"2018-11-29T15:55:41","slug":"abstract-submission","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.proinpa.org\/ILC_2019\/en\/abstract-submission\/","title":{"rendered":"Abstract submission"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Abstract format and instructions (Guidelines)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>New Deadline:\u00a0<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span lang=\"en\">January 10, 2019<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The participants wishing to contribute to ILC-2019 scientific programme should send an abstract of their presentation to the Organizing Committee by sending their files as described at the end of this page.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provided\u00a0<\/span><b>at least one Author is registered<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0to the Conference, there is no limit to the number of abstracts which can be presented.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please specify, on the REGISTRATION FORM, if your contribution is proposed for oral or poster presentation. The\u00a0<\/span><b>ILC Scientific Committee reserves the right to select the contributions for oral presentation <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">among the abstracts and according to the slots available in the Conference Agenda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authors of accepted oral presentations will be requested to submit a 4 pages manuscript which will be published in the Website of the XV Lupin Conference. The manuscripts will have the form of a mini-paper. Acknowledgments (optional) must be at the end of the abstract. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not include tables, figures and bibliographic references in the abstract.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Margins: left (2.54 cm) &#8211; right (2.54 cm) &#8211; upper (2.54 cm) &#8211; lower (2.54 cm)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Notes<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abstracts not conforming with the guidelines will not be considered.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authors whose primary language is not English are advised to have their abstract proof-read by English.
