Dos pa\u00edses est\u00e1n uniendo sus conocimientos y trabajan para combatir el cambio clim\u00e1tico a trav\u00e9s del fortalecimiento de la resiliencia y sostenibilidad de los agroecosistemas del altiplano boliviano.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

El 18 de noviembre de 2021 se realiz\u00f3 el lanzamiento oficial del proyecto \u201cFortalecimiento de la resiliencia de agroecosistemas \u00e1ridos vulnerables al cambio clim\u00e1tico, a trav\u00e9s de la investigaci\u00f3n sobre recursos vegetales y aplicaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas\u201d<\/strong>, un trabajo centrado en el cultivo de quinua, que ser\u00e1 liderado por investigadores bolivianos y japoneses que pertenecen a instituciones y universidades reconocidas a nivel internacional.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

El proyecto que inici\u00f3 en junio de 2021, tiene una duraci\u00f3n de 5 a\u00f1os y busca gestionar de manera integral y sustentable los recursos biol\u00f3gicos y medioambientales en los sistemas de vida y est\u00e1 enmarcado en la \u201cAgenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible\u201d, aportando al cumplimiento del objetivo 15 y la meta 3 donde se exhorta a los pa\u00edses a luchar contra la desertificaci\u00f3n, rehabilitar las tierras y los suelos degradados, situaci\u00f3n que describe el estado actual que se vive en el altiplano. Bolivia es signataria de la Convenci\u00f3n Marco de lucha contra la Desertificaci\u00f3n (CMNULD), por lo que en atenci\u00f3n a estos compromisos internacionales ha formulado su propio Plan NDT\u20102030<\/p>

El equipo \u00e9lite de investigadoras e investigadores que participan de este proyecto, representa a instituciones como: el Centro Internacional de Investigaci\u00f3n de Jap\u00f3n para las Ciencias Agr\u00edcolas (JIRCAS), la Universidad de Kyoto, la Universidad de Agricultura y Tecnolog\u00eda de Tokio, la Universidad de Agricultura y Veterinaria de Obihiro, la Universidad Mayor de San Andr\u00e9s (UMSA), la Fundaci\u00f3n para la Promoci\u00f3n e Investigaci\u00f3n de Productos Andinos (PROINPA), la Agencia de Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional del Jap\u00f3n (JICA), la Agencia Japonesa de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda\u00a0(JST), la Embajada del Jap\u00f3n en Bolivia, el Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Agua de Bolivia (MMAyA) y el Ministerio de Planificaci\u00f3n del Desarrollo de Bolivia (VIPFE: MPD).<\/p>

Se pretende, con la colaboraci\u00f3n de instituciones japonesas, equipar laboratorios y centros de investigaci\u00f3n en Bolivia y formar recursos humanos que promuevan un mayor desarrollo t\u00e9cnico – cient\u00edfico del pa\u00eds. La investigaci\u00f3n conjunta generar\u00e1 valioso conocimiento para posteriores aplicaciones en beneficio de los productores y de la conservaci\u00f3n de recursos en el altiplano. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
