Dear António Gandfarilhas,
I fully agree with your decision, since the total payment that we have to do to stay, and to reach Cochabamba in Bolivia during the Conference number of days is very expensive, as certainly you will know.
So, please be so kind and let us know what are the new obligatory Fees for change.
