Registration procedure

  • Download the Registration form 
  • Fill de form, save the file as surname.doc or surname.docx
  • Submit it as attached file at with the subject “Registration surname”
  • You will receive an acknowledgment message
  •  Make the payment using one of the following ways:

    • Transfer to a bank account (see details on the Registration form)
    • Sending money through Western Union or MoneyGram, on behalf of Wilson Melgarejo Linares
    • Payment on site

Cancellation refund policy

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person.
Please notify the Conference Secretariat of any changes.
If your are not able to arrange a replacement, the Organizing Committee will refund 80% of the payed amounts.

If, for any reason beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Possibilities of half grant for registration:
