Traps and pheromones

Pheromone is the scent produced by adult female insects to attract the male. The male insect senses the scent and searches for the female. The scent is impregnated in a red rubber capsule, which must be installed in a trap, to attract and capture adult male insects that are in the vicinity of where the trap has been installed.
